Part of Our Team
Michael Hoey
Is the founder and CEO of Source Meridian, as well as an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a proven track record in the technology industry. He specializes in large-scale systems, enterprise search, pharmaceutical and health tech, and startups.
Michael is a highly skilled IT professional with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University, with a focus on parallel processing and neural networking.
Shahir Kassam-Adams
Is a co-founder and chairman of the board at Veritas Data Research. He is a serial entrepreneur, who co-founded Universal Patient Key (now Datavant), and is an active advisor and investor for healthcare technology start-ups.
Shahir is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton MBA program, Johns Hopkins University and Emory University.
Manuela Gutiérrez
Specialist in digital product design, UI/UX, and project management, with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She has led the development of technology platforms for clinical software and medical research, integrating design, usability, and user-centered thinking in highly regulated environments.
She holds degrees from Fundación Universitaria Bellas Artes and Fundación Universitaria Autónoma de las Américas.
